TEST YOUR FRUIT I.Q. -- WIN BAJA FLORIDA!

This is what breakfast looked like on North Island in the Seychelles. Almost too pretty to eat, huh?

So let's turn this into a little contest. There are nine different fruits on this plate. First person to identify all of them wins a free copy of BAJA FLORIDA. You can either leave a comment below, or shoot me an email -- bobmorris@mac.com

Here's a hint: There ain't no bananas.

Oh shoot, I can only guess 6: pineapple, kiwi, apricot, grape, guava, kumquat ... don't have a clue on the others. But can I please-please have a copy of Baja Florida? I've been waiting for it to come out in paperback...

Nice tries y'all, but someone else has already named all nine at the posting on FB.
Watermelon, fig, pineapple, passion fruit, grapes, apricot, kiwi, lychee, kumquat.

Jill, keep checking in, I've got more copies of BAJA FLORIDA to give away in the weeks ahead. It's not coming out in paperback. Just hardcover and Kindle/Nook/etc. The new publishing mode...

No way that's a lychee, Bob! That's definitely mangosteen.

Yes, there is a mangosteen in the picture, the one that looks loke monkey brains. Sorry I left that out. The lychee was actually covered up. But there is a fig...too much fruit for my brain to keep track of.

Am I blind? I don't see any grapes.

Grapes are tiny and orangey in the back behind watermelon.

Fruits are good and healthy for diet. Many Experts found that some fruit give us a lot of benefits to maintain our body resistance from sickness and viruses. Which I cannot forget preparing it each day. Making some invented recipes for fruit mixing, I get used to it and it really helps me a lot in my life. For healthy living! Informative post you have.
